Call for pole dancing to be an Olympic event

March 2nd, 2010

  • Thousands of pole dancers and the rapidly growing number of federations transforming what was once the exclusive property of strip clubs and cheap bars into a respectable - and highly athletic – event. But what seems to be funny is that established sports like squash and cricket have failed to make the Olympic cut, baseball and softball were recently given the axe.
  • Another thing is that pole dancing needs to gain International Olympic Committee recognition as a sport. Some pole dancers worry that the sensual side of pole dancing would be destroyed in an effort to clean it up for the Olympics. After all, would it be the same without stilettos, a boozy audience and a red-tinted spotlight? And how do you score for sexiness? – THINK ABOUT THAT

HIV drugs reduce transmission by 92 percent

February 24th, 2010

·        People across Africa who took AIDS drugs are far less likely to infect their partners with the virus, researchers say. The study, presented at a meeting of AIDS experts, is one of the first to show so clearly that the drugs can prevent infection as well as keep patients healthy. It could boost efforts to provide the AIDS drugs to people, especially in the hardest-hit countries in Africa.

·        Dr. Deborah Donnell of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle and colleagues followed 3,400 couples in which one partner was infected. The couples were all counseled on how to protect themselves and given free condoms. Each patient with HIV began taking a drug cocktail when he or she became eligible based on a measure of immune system damage called CD4 count. Over three years, 103 of the previously uninfected people became infected. Nearly all, 102 infections, happened before the infected partner started taking the drugs, Donnell told the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections in San Francisco.  “That amounts to a final reduction of 92% when on antiretroviral therapy.”

Let us teach you how you can make R130m In two years!

February 23rd, 2010
  • There are many people out there who are wondering what they need to do to get rich as quickly as ANC youth league president Julius Malema??
  • First you must join the nearest ANC branch this is very easy, to find out call 011 376 1000 they will quickly hook you up with your nearest branch.
  • Then you attend branch meetings to see who the leaders of the branch are?
  • Next step make sure you attend the next annual general meeting. But make sure you raise your hand frequently and make a lot of noise NEH?
  • And always try to make the poor attend these meetings and give them money if you can afford, by this you will soon be elected as executive committee of your branch.
  • If you are in a large town such as Polokwane being on the executive committee means that your journey on the gravy train has just began but if your from places like Orange Farm you must work extra HARD.
  • And then from branch executive you must make sure you are elected to be one of the executive regional committee. To do this you must lead service delivery protests and fight against ANC regional leaders… then they will burn tires and do all crazy staff NEH?
  • The protester will convince ANC head office that regional committee does not work.
  • Then once they gone you step in but don’t rush to be a mayor or municipal employee.
  • Simply become very powerful in the party then register companies in your name and your friends, by this power you will ensure that municipal tenders start flowing your way and your friend’s ways. Believe me when you want to make money you must aim HIGH!
  • With more money you earn more power and make sure you know deep secretes that may cause parliament to fall apart.

With this my Friends you will even achieve more than 130m in two years… It worked for Juju it can work for you!

Dineo: Lady gaga or kaka???

February 22nd, 2010

1. Taken a radio show from Chilli M’s +/- 600 000 listerners to more than 743 000 listeners in less than a years and still give birth to bab’ugorvenment in the process.

2.A multi-tasking woman with a radio show with her own name, a TV show on the way, a family business and an edutainment project to inspire matrics. How can she be called “KAKA”?

Actually - what has SHWASHWI done beside dissing SA celebrities and glorifying American and European celebrities? In a nut shell, this is what SHWASHWI wrote: Dineo should stop hanging with her GAY friends because they are misleading her and she is not Lady Gaga, but Lady KAKA. Hahahahahahaha - how funny!!

KAKA means “shit” in our language. How can a journalist get away with describing another woman with such a term? Itjust goes to show what this country thinks about strong, active, unsubmissive women who are never afraid of expressing themselves!

Pay your traffic fines NOW!

February 16th, 2010

·        Millions of traffic fines are issued to motorists every year, but few of them have actually been paid. Is this the reason our roads can’t be maintained? well YES

Although millions of traffic fines are issued each year, very few motorists pay up. According to Thoraya Pandy of the Treasury just R4,1m in fines and motor vehicle licenses were paid in 2008/09 according to the Provincial Budget and Expenditure Review.
Yet, if everyone of the 777 000 motorists who received traffic fines in the six weeks from 1 December paid up, and assuming their fines were a very low R100 each then there would be R77,7m, from just six weeks of paid fines. That could go a long way to eliminating potholes and the dangers they pose to vehicles and the lives of motorists.
